🦋 What is a scoop order?
A scoop order is a fun, mystery-style order filled with surprise items from your chosen scoop. Every order is unique, making it even more exciting to open!

🦋 Will my order look exactly like the photos?
No — photos are for inspiration only. Each scoop is different, and items may vary depending on current stock.

🦋 Can I choose colours?
Yes for everything except the scoop boxes as they are a totally random scoop! You can leave preferences at checkout and I’ll always try my best to accommodate where possible.

🦋 I have a discount code, how do I use it?

When you go to check out, there is a section on the right that you can put your discount code in. It should then apply to your basket.

🦋 Do I get any freebies?

Yes! Every order includes 2 free squishies as a little thank you 💗

🎥 Will my order be filmed for social media?
Only if you purchase the Social Media Packing Video add-on. I wish I could film everyone's orders but its not physically possible.

🎥 Where will my video be posted?
Your packing video will be posted on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook.

🎥 Why is the video option sometimes sold out?
Due to high demand, there are limited filming slots available. It will be restocked as soon as more spaces open up.

🦋 Can I return or exchange my order?
As all orders are mystery-based, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

🦋 What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with photos, and I’ll do my best to help 💗

🦋 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary. I am located in the U.K. so international orders will take longer to arrive. If you have ordered a video please allow extra time for delivery as this will have to be filmed before shipping. U.K. shipping is sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and for the US Duties will be prepaid.

The following timing is based on shipping and doesn't include processing and packing time.
