REFUND POLICY

At Deluxe Butterfly Scoops, all of our products are made to order and personalised. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect selections made by the customer

  • dissatisfaction with design choices once approved

  • errors in personalisation provided by the customer (including spelling, names, dates, or colours)

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
This policy does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or not as described

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@deluxebutterflyscoops.com with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:

  • the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer

  • the item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • sufficient evidence is not provided

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on personalised or made-to-order items.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. As our items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
